Snow pack continues to hold up very well. As of 7AM this morning the temperature was 8 F.

Groomer young Bob will start Ginzu Grooming all the trails this morning. By 11AM the tracks will start to soften up for great classical skiing.

The Mackinac Cut, Wild Turkey, Rolling Hills, Tall Pines, Trapper’s Cabin, Manitou, Adventure and Blizzard trails all have excellent spring conditions for classic and skate skiing.

Today: A mix of clouds and sun. High 39F. Winds light and variable

Tonight: A few passing clouds. Low 22F. Winds light and variable.

Saturday: Cloudy. High near 40F. Winds SSE at 10 to 20 mph

Saturday night: Rain showers in the evening becoming a light rain overnight. Low 34F. Winds SSE at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 70%.

Sunday: 70 % chance of rain. Highs in the low 40s and lows in the mid 20s.

Snow Depth in Woods: 12 to 15 inches

Packed Snow Depth on Trails: 6 – 12 inches

Today Chef Erin’s lunch special is a Tuna, spinach, black olive, jalapeno and tomato Panini. Of course other sandwiches and Spicy Chili and Veggie Chili will also be on today’s lunch menu.
