We had a great day of X-C Skiing and eating yesterday. Special thanks to German Dave the ribs cook! As of 7AM this morning the temperature was 2 F.

The Mackinac Cut, Wild Turkey, Rolling Hills, Tall Pines, Trapper’s Cabin, Manitou, Adventure and Blizzard trails all have excellent conditions for classic and skate skiing.

Groomer Stu will be Ginzu snowcombing all the skating lanes this morning and setting fresh tracks where needed.

Today: Sunny. High 31F. Winds light and variable

Tonight: A few passing clouds, otherwise generally clear. Low 16F. Winds light and variable

Tuesday: Sunny. High 31F. Winds light and variable.

Tuesday night: Intermittent flurries and snow showers, especially early. Low around 25F. Winds NE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 30%

Wednesday: Cloudy. Highs in the mid 30s and lows in the mid 20s.

New Snow: 0 inches

Snow Depth in Woods: 12 to 15 inches

Packed Snow Depth on Trails: 6 – 12 inches

Today’s Stone Turtle Day Lodge special is a Turkey Pesto Panini. Sliced Turkey, spinach, tomatoes, provolone and pesto served on Stone House Bread. Of course a variety sandwiches will be served as well as Famous Chili and Veggie Chili.

We are a Demo and Race Center for Fischer, Salomon and Atomic skis and boots. We are also a Rossignol and Alpina Demo/Touring center.
