As of 7:30AM we have received an inch or 2 of fresh snow, skies are clear and the temperature is 16 F.
Groomer Stu made beautiful snowcombed lanes on all the trails yesterday and will do the same today. The tracks are in fine shape too.
The Mackinac Cut, Wild Turkey, Rolling Hills, Trapper’s Cabin, Manitou, Adventure and Blizzard trails all have fresh groomed snow on a solid base. The tracks are very good. The skating lanes are in excellent condition.

Today’s Stone Turtle Day Lodge is Famous Spicy Chili and Veggie Chili served with a warm sourdough roll, also various Grilled Panini or un-grilled sandwiches or will also be served on freshly baked Stone House bread.
We are a Fischer Race and Demo Center, an Atomic and Salomon Race and Demo Center and a Rossignol Touring and Demo center. A great ski to try today would be the Atomic Motion waxable classic ski. These temperatures are easy to wax for and the result is practically effortless skiing. The “March Madness, aka! Labor Day Sale” is in full swing.
