Sometimes things just don’t fit quite right, or the equipment you selected isn’t exactly what you expected. If for any reason you are not happy with what you received, please send it back to us for an exchange or refund.
*We do not provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges*
All return or exchange items must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt (with exception of Christmas-buying-window of November 1 through December 25th), with tags and with no visible use. Any Christmas presents for return or exchange must be returned by January 10th. Any return or exchange items received outside of 30 days are subject to manager’s approval, and will receive store credit for any full or partial refund amount. Any visible use will be deducted from the refund value upon management’s discretion.
Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping back to XC Ski HQ. XC Ski HQ is responsible for shipping of the replacement product back to customer. XC Ski HQ must receive returned product before shipment of replacement product. If a customer wants an exchange item shipped to them before XC SKI HQ receives the original product, the exchange will be treated like a new order, and the customer will be responsible for applicable shipping charges. (For Canada shipments, customer is responsible for all shipping costs.)
Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping back to XC Ski HQ. Customer will be issued a full refund, less any shipping charges customer paid on original order. For returns of oversize purchases (skis, poles, or ski packages) that qualified for “Free Shipping”, a $35 shipping charge will be deducted from refund.
