Cross Country Ski Report – Saturday, Feb 1

We under reported the amount of snow we received Thursday night. Ginzu Dana spent extra hours grooming yesterday setting fresh tracks and snowcombing the skating lanes with excellent results! Groomer Stu will start grooming today at dawn.

All 8 trails are open for a total of 18 kilometers (11 miles) of classic and skate skiing. Depth of packed snow ranges from 12 to 22 inches (24 inches in the Blizzard X-C Ski Park where we make snow). Depth of unpacked snow ranges from 16 to 38 inches. Conditions are excellent for classic and skate skiing.
Today: Snow showers, becoming steadier later in the day. High 23F. Chance of snow 70%. Winds light and variable. Chance of snow 70%. Possible accumulation 2 to 4 inches.

Sunday: Few snow showers. High 20F. Wind WNW 5 to 11 mph.

Monday, Partly sunny. High 20F. Wind SW @ 9 mph.
