Salomon S/Lab Equipe Skate Ski Package: $1,474.84 $1,267.21

– S/Lab Equipe Skate Skis (Uni-Cold)

Model year 2026/27.  Ski weight 900 grams for size 187cm. Side cut 44-43-44 mm. Sizes 177cm, 182cm, 187cm, 192cm. We will hand-pick the best pair of skis according to your weight, ability, and height to ensure optimum performance. Are you ready for a game changer? Look no further than the all new Salomon S/Lab Equipe Skate skis. This ski is the only one on the market made with full carbon construction, making it incredibly lightweight while maintaining unparalleled stability and speed.  Composed of thin ply carbon fabrics that utilize thinner laminates, and a stronger and lighter composite than conventional carbon fabrics, the Salomon S/Lab Equipe Skate ski delivers huge improvements in torsional rigidity, power transmission, and responsiveness. Thin, low profile tip and tail cut weight and swing weight – each ski weighs a staggering 450 grams, allowing for improved ski return and less fatigue.

34 Universal Construction: (Ideal temp range 5-20F) This skating racing concept is ideal in universal and cold snow conditions. It will be a more truly universal ski than the warm version, as it is easy to make a cold ski fast when it’s warm out, but the inverse is not so true. Featuring a polyvalent triangle thickness profile which improves acceleration, while the balanced camber adds stability to every stride. Salomon also moved the bindings plate forward about 1cm to give a feeling of being more on top of the ski, which resulted in a much quicker ‘tip up return’ in World Cup testing.

Everyone that came and demoed these skis late last season ended up buying them that same day, because you really can feel the difference in performance. All these improvements, plus an innowave core, G5%  base and SL22 grind makes for a next generation ski that will exceed even the highest expectation in every snow condition you may find on the racetrack. XC Ski HQ Demo Rating: 5 out of 5 stars.

– Salomon RS8 (Mens) or RS8 Vitane (Womens) Skate ProLink Boots

Skating flex and Advanced 3D chassis give these boots torsional rigidity, which enables precise power transfer and lateral stability. Quick pull lacing system makes them a breeze to put on, tighten and loosen, and central lace cover is ergonomically friendly. ProLink sole is compatible with all NNN-compatible bindings.

It also features a lower boot-to-binding attachment, which improves ski feel and overall skating performance. Salomon’s Performance Energyzer ankle cuff provides lateral support, so the skier can get efficient kick and relax between strides. A great feature that sets this boot apart is the adjustable heel strap, which allows skiers to create a custom fit and eliminate heel slip. Salomon is famous for making incredibly comfortable boots, and this boot is no exception. The RS8 Vitane is built with a women’s specific last.  XC Ski HQ Demo Rating: 4¼ out of 5 stars.
