Oh boy, folks… The new Salomon Equipe Pro Skate skis are here and they are incredible! A truly world class ski from Salomon for skiers who want top tier performance without paying olympic level prices. These skis share so many features with the world renowned S/labs its almost hard to tell them apart.

Featuring a new innowave core shared by the top tier S/Lab equipe skates, which offers optimum consistency and energy transmission. The WC level Universal G5 base offers maximum performance in all conditions, and 34 Universal construction (also shared by the S/labs) features a triangle thickness profile to improve acceleration. All these features are wrapped in the D-Carbon fiberglass Laminate and some of the best graphics we’ve seen on a ski in years. 

Yes, they look great. But what were most excited about is how they feel on the snow. They literally do feel like skiing on an S/lab, and incredibly, they weigh under 1000g for the pair, which is unheard of from any brand in any other offering but the WC series. They also moved the binding plate forward slightly to give the feeling of being a bit more ‘on top’ of the ski. Light, fast, responsive and stable, the Equipe Pro Skates are going to be a big hit.

Shift Equipe Race Skate Binding. These light-weight, carbon loaded (180g), manual race bindings have quick, tool-free adjustment capability; easy to adjust forward and back for optimal performance in every snow condition and terrain. Ski tips feel squirrely? No problem, simply move the binding forward! Not enough glide or are tips digging? Just slide the binding back. Compatible with all NNN, Prolink, and Turnamic boots.
