Fresh grooming on all trails today. Come on out and enjoy these exceptional winter conditions!

We received about an inch of fresh snow last night. All trails are snow combed, and classic tracks are set. The Stone Turtle Cafe is open for lunch, drinks, and warming up by the fire. Groomer Mike is out freshening up the trails, and the woods are covered in snow. The skiing is just wonderful and the fires are hot! Come on out and enjoy this incredible winter we are having!

Currently -14F. Albeit bone-chillingly cold, the sunrise through the morning forest is stunning. There is something almost magical when temps get this cold. Everything is completely still and silent, and there is a real beauty in that. That being said, if you plan to come ski and participate in the festivities today, please dress appropriately! Due to subzero temperatures, we are not grooming the trails today. The trails are open, but if you ski, be sure to dress like you’re crossing Antartica, It is currently -4 F, with a wind chill of -12 F. Tomorrow should be a balmy 6 degrees by 2pm, and we’ll have the fires stoked for a very hearty Bavarian Ski Festival!

The grooming team has been hard at work since before dawn this morning packing, grooming, and setting classic tracks on all the trails.
